RETURNS
All items are made print to order, meaning when the order goes in, the apparel gets printed. There is not stock. The items get printed by a third party. Please take time to make sure your order is 100% correct. We can only acknowledge return/refunds or replacements on your order if it is damaged.
In the event of an issue please contact us first and state the issue, from here we will proceed to either remedy the order or refund the purchase. We DO NOT REFUND ORDERS for buyer's remorse.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
